Yes. We'll take an honest look at any PC problem you have. We can't guarantee that we can fix it, but what do you have to lose? Start a session today, and if we can't help you, the odds are good we can help you contact someone who can. If we can resolve your problem, you could be smiling in less than 10 minutes.

Can I get a phone call?

If you have been disconnected or if communication becomes difficult in any other way, your Tipnician may elect to call you (if still connected, he or she will always ask permission first). Tipnicians are not required to call clients. So if you have to ask for a phone call, ask politely and understand that they may politely decline.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. We believe that by offering top-quality, fast and friendly service, you'll reward us with a payment that makes it worth the effort. That said, we do allow (not require) our Tipnicians to assist more than one client at a time, so the average of payments makes it easier to earn a living.

What if I have a problem during a session?

If you're still connected in chat and you have concerns, you can ask for a supervisor. We'll be more than happy to connect you to a senior tech for advanced support, or to management for any training or compliance concerns. If you got disconnected, you can reconnect and ask for your old tech (or stay with the one you're assigned, your choice).
